Construction Management
While providing this blend of services, we have come to realize that one of our strongest assets is the versatility of our people who can provide both construction management and general contracting services. Most of our people have worked on both Construction Management projects and General Contracting projects. We feel the performance of each individual is greatly improved by being able to work under both types of delivery systems. Our people have learned to be accountable by working on General Contracting projects which benefits us greatly when we perform Construction Management services.
- Our Estimating department is in constant contact with the subcontractor market which results in accurate budgeting and very competitive subcontractor pricing.
- Our Superintendents have tremendous field experience and have experience installing most of the materials on a job site, resulting in less field coordination issues, a higher quality of work, and better subcontractor management.
- Our Project Managers are doers and not just paper pushers so they understand the importance of timely submittals, change order requests, expediting material deliveries, and subcontractor management.
- We have a work force of people so we understand the nuances and responsibilities of employee management that the subcontractors experience.
Working on CM projects and general contracting projects, our Project Managers and Project Superintendents have been trained to, are accustomed to, and expect to be held accountable for Safety, Quality, Schedule and Budget
