Jeff Streeter, President Streeter Associates, Inc., was recently featured in the Spring/Summer 2008 issue of GBC Build New York magazine.  Jeff was included in a roundtable discussion of the risks taken by general contractors.  Topics included the decreasing flexibility of contracts as it pertains to general contractors as well as how delivery systems should change to accommodate these contracts.  Also discussed was the risk management associated with expanding a sub-contractor base in order to stay competitive while still assuring quality work.
