Streeter Associates, Inc. has recently begun general contracting work at Cornell's Olin Hall which is scheduled for completion in November of 2009.  Construction is primarily an HVAC upgrade which will include a new areaway, generator pad, doors and windows.  The unusual site conditions of the project require shoring, underpinning, and rock excavation to install the new areaway.
