Directions
Elmira (main office)
FROM EAST: Take Route 86 Exit 54 toward E. Water Street. Turn left on to E. Water and proceed 1.1 Miles. Turn Right on to Clemens Center Parkway and continue for 1.7 miles. Take Left turn at E. Thurston St. and Woodlawn Ave. and continue 350 feet to our building on the right (before railroad overpass). FROM WEST: Take Route 86 Exit 52B toward NY-14/Watkins Glen/Elmira Heights and merge onto County Rd. 64. Turn right on to NY-14 South procced 2.3 Miles(Corning Road). Slight left on College Ave and continue for 1.6 miles. Turn left on to Woodlawn Ave. Office is on the left after railroad overpass.

Vestal
FROM WEST:Take Route 86 Exit 68 toward Old Vestal Road. Turn left on Pearl Street go .3 miles. Turn left at County Rd 44 (Old Vestal Road) and go 1.5 miles. Turn right at N. Jensen Rd. and go 430ft. The building is on the left and Streeter Associates entrance is in the front of the building.FROM EAST:Take Route 86 exit 70S to merge onto NY-201 S toward Johnson City (1.9 miles). Keep right at the fork and merge onto NY-434 W/Vestal Pkwy E(1.3 miles). Turn right at N Jensen Rd and proceed to 320 on Right. Streeter Associates entrance is in the front of the building.
