IMPORTANT! NEW STATE LAW!
New York State is requiring all Contractors and subcontractors to register with the New York State Department of Labor before submitting any new bids or commencing new work on a covered project on or after December 30, 2024. This includes all public work projects or private projects covered by Article 8 of the Labor Law. The registration applies to both New York State and out-of-state businesses.
NYSDOL encourages all contractors and subcontractors to register as soon as possible to obtain a Certificate of Registration to avoid negatively impacting a bidding period or project schedule. Contractor registration data will be available to the public at New York’s Open Data website after December 30, 2024.

Cornell University Wing Hall Second Floor Renovation
Description: The Wing Hall Second Floor Renovation Project involves the renovation of approximately 5,000 square feet to create a modern research facility serving three Principal Investigator (PI) groups. The scope includes demolition and reconstruction of laboratory spaces, lab support areas, private offices, common/collaboration and write-up areas. Corning-Painted Post ASD - Bus Garage, Admin Bldg and Stadium Alterations
Description: The project consists of coordinated capital improvements at three district facilities: the Bus Garage, Administration Building, and Athletic Stadium. Work includes removal and replacement of existing roofing systems, installation of a new backup generator and automatic transfer switch at the Bus Garage, and site improvements associated with electrical and equipment upgrades. At the Administration Building, scope includes new roofing, replacement of the storefront system, boiler replacement, and installation of a new loading dock leveler, along with selected technology upgrades. Improvements to the Athletic Stadium include electrical upgrades, walkway and concrete coping replacement, installation of an overlay roofing system with new precast copings and roof hatch, coiling door installations, plumbing upgrades, and select door and hardware replacements, with additional plumbing and technology enhancements included as alternates. Cornell University Comstock Hall 5th Floor Lab and Support Space Renovations
Description: 1.Renovate approximately 3,900 SQFT in Rooms 5119, 5121A, 5121, 5123, 5123A, 5123B, and 5132 on the 5th floor of Comstock Hall. Town of Urbana Champlin Beach Pier Project
Description: The Champlin Beach Pier Project is a public waterfront infrastructure improvement for the Town of Urbana located at Champlin Beach on Keuka Lake in Steuben County, New York. The project generally consists of the removal and disposal of the existing wood pier and associated piles, followed by the construction of a new pier system. The work includes a base bid for demolition of the existing pier and multiple add alternates for the installation of a new wood or steel pier, winged pier extensions, pier railings, and associated utility conduits for electric and water service.
